True Friends

True friends know all the tears you’ve wept. True friends know all the secrets that you’ve kept. True friends know they never bow out. True friends never have their doubts. True friends know when they should stay. True friends know when they should walk away. True friends know all the tears you’ve wept. True friends know all the secrets that you’ve kept. True friends know how to end a fight. They know to just say that you were right. True friends know when to tell the truth. True friends don’t want to loose you. Do you have a friend like that? Do you have a friend like that?

  1. That’s a wonderful poem Ranada, nice work. Next, try to follow up on what we talked about today. Since you love poetry, you should learn about some of the great poets. Perhaps a Poet’s Spotlight, on RanadReader would be a good place to start. As I mentioned today, my favorite is Maya Angelou, check her out, do some research and share your findings. Mr.T

  2. What a lovely poem.Just this week I told best friend that only she can tell those times when I appear okay and smiling on the outside but am truly crazy crying on the inside. She replied “I know” Sometimes she knows me better than I know myself…this poem reminded me of her. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work, keep it up.
